The CSCA Climate Change Committee is pleased to report that the mayor has approved the Application for a Delegation of Children and Youths from Bayside Middle School and Stelly’s Secondary School to make a presentation before council at the Committee of the Whole Meeting in the Central Saanich Municipal Hall on Monday, May 27th at 7 p.m. to discuss their concerns about the climate emergency, and to make a recommendation to respond to the crisis.

Alternately, members can express their support by sending their name, and the name of the village they reside in (Brentwood Bay or Saanichton, etc.) to: alexisandrick@gmail.com. Their names will be added to a petition for mayor and council.
